38 infections!!!!! plz help

 :sos: :sos:hi im lilchumbe and i have a huge problem....
on the last few days ive been doanloading lots of things, this morning i woke up to find out that i had 38 infections on my computer..
i have no virus remover but my friend told me about 1 that is free scan and free remover..
i later got back on the computer and it crashed...
i turned back on and everything started going crazy...example::it doesn't let me open anything except internet, i get pop ups saying that i have 38 infections every 3 minutes..
i went to go download the free virus remover and found out that it doesnt even let me do that either....i really need someones help...plz post with suggestions..... :sos: :sos:
