My answer depends heavily on what you define as "cartoon". If we are using a reasonably widespread/international definition, I'd have to say it [favorite character] is Ayumu Kasuga, also known by the nickname of Osaka. Her inimitable presence is gracing my avatar right now. 8)

Maybe dating myself a bit here............both were black and white cartoons!

Have been accused of being older'n dirt though, so maybe dating is an understatement........ :roll:
