Or if you use Firefox, you could snag the 1-Click YouTube Video Download addon:

QuoteDownload YouTube videos quickly and easily!
Supports all available YouTube formats (MP4, FLV, WebM, 3GP) for any video quality (from 144p up to 3072p).

How it works - It simply adds a "Download" button which populates a list with all the available videos to download.

To download a YouTube video - whenever you're on a video page in YouTube, you'll see the "Download" button with a round red icon in it, click that button to populate the list of all available formats to download, click the desired format, save to your hard drive and that's it!

This is an easy YouTube Video Downloader - If all you need is a simple, intuitive, and non-intrusive Add-On to download YouTube videos, this is the Add-On for you.

1-Click YouTube Video Downloader is a great Download Helper Tool and is a great combination with Video DownloadHelper , DownThemAll and FlashGot.

Soon you could Download YouTube videos directly from the search results of Google, Yahoo and Bing.

I won't use Chrome either, Panos.

You might want to check out YTD Downloader.  It has both a free and licensed version:  http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/premium.htm?ft=7

I didn't find anything in SystemLookup for the installer or file name YTD Downloader.  Although it has on the site that "YTD guarantees that YouTube Downloader is 100% CLEAN, which means it does not contain any form of malware, including but not limited to: spyware, viruses, trojans and backdoors." that doesn't mean that there isn't adware so do a custom install and only download from the home site, http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/

Create a fresh restore point before installing!

Thanks! I downloaded and installed it, without any MBAM or Eset warnings.

But... There is always a mistake... I forgot create system restore... I hope that everything will be ok!

Lilbambi: Thanks for the add ons suggestions. I used to use Firefox a couple of years ago. After buying a new laptop, I only use IE. It comes pre installed in the computer, we cannot get rid of it, the latest version is just fine, so why should I use something extra? Only if there is something ... WOW!!! in an other browser, I will leave IE. What do you think?

Let us know how you like it! I haven't tried any of these as I have limited bandwidth. Was going by a friend who uses them.

Nothing wrong with using IE, Panos.  The reason I'm "stuck on" FF (well, using Pale Moon now) goes back to Windows 95 days and the FF predecessor.  Being on dial up, it was faster.  Then came the add ons that I use for my blog, malware research, storing "canned" responses (instructions for downloading/using programs for cleaning), etc.

Yes, for sure Corrine!

Addons are the best ... especially ones that help with security and helping folks fix their computers.

And there is also an add on in Pale Moon! FLASH VIDEO DOWNLOADER! It can download everything. Even the embeded videos in a website!

Thank you, Corrine and Lilbambi!

P.S. Is Pale Moon just an update of Firefox or it is something different?

It is a web browser based on Firefox code, but it differs in several ways.

So, the two browsers have the same add ons?

Pale Moon is currently based on the ESR 24 (Extended Service Release, "corporate" version) of Firefox.  Most of the add-ons are compatible.  That said, yes, when you are using Pale Moon, the add-ons are from https://addons.mozilla.org

As I am sure you know I am a long time user of IE; but with all the talk about Palemoon of late thought I aught to give it a try! After 3 days I am back with IE11 It suits me better and is much faster.

:mitch:  Let's see! I am trying it too. What I like in it (as in Firefox a couple of years ago) has to do with add ons. You know that I need to download youtube videos etc. With add ons this is an easy procedure. With IE... you can not tell which software is safe, if there is a safe one for this purpose.
