I got w-10 abot a week ago and all of a sudden it takes 5 minutes to get a site, sometimes
it won't get it at all.I can't very well restore in 10 because I don't have a suitable one yet.
Would I be better off to go back to W-7? I sort of like W-10 but my computer is so slow I can't use it.
I use spybot and megabytes and Ccleaner so my temp fplders are gone.I cleanes up the desktop pretty good.
I sure need some advice.

Megabytes? Did you mean Malwarebytes Antimalware (MBAM)?

I would uninstall SpyBot. You don't need it and it has a history of bogging some systems down. W10 comes with an able anti-malware solution with Windows Defender. That, supplemented with MBAM is all most users need - along with keeping Windows updated.

W7 is already 7 years old. Best to stick with W10 for security reasons alone. Many of these type problems seem to sort themselves out too.

The questions remain the same ...

Can you post the logs requested here: http://www.landzdown.com/analysis-and-malware-removal/log-posting-instructions/

If you got Windows 10 "about a week ago", that was past the July 29th 'free' deadline. Perhaps your timeline is off?  That factoid might be important.  Did you download the Anniversary Edition?

You might wish to look at the Recovery Options here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options

There are only 10 days to roll back the Anniversary Update, but 30 days to roll back the upgrade to Win10.

See Winchester73's link to the Recovery Options.  Since you said you didn't have a good restore point, you might want to try "Reset my PC" using the "Keep my files" option.

Important Note:  If you reset your PC within a month of your upgrade to Windows 10, or 10 days after updating to the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, the option in Settings that lets you go back to your previous version of Windows will no longer be available.
