Run HiJack This and ckeckmark and fix this line in the log:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MsSoft] C:\WINDOWS\system32\SystemDate\System.exe

Then look for the "SystemDate"-folder and delete it.
Befor you do, could you please copy the folder and have it sent to me by mail ?: "diehardATmalware-research.co.uk", replacing "AT" with @.
