if the green rubbery material is what i think it is, those 2 items are smallish.

it's the wrong shape to be used for a tennis racket, too small for balls.

but!
not to small to stuff the player's itsy-bitsy tennis outfits in!
it is - tennis clothing luggage!

there's not much equipment to tennis.
the only thing i can imagine is that is some kind of
impact protector for a post or pole - but the shape is all wrong.

any hints?

[but they do look like warp drive coil alignment tools. tho i'm sure they're not.]
